Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to return items purchased from pentashop.us.

• Returns must be processed by mail only.
  
• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection of your return.
• Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after approval.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for PENTA products purchased outside of penstashop.us.

Important Information

• Frequent returns or suspicious return activity may be flagged in our system. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse future orders if our return policy is misused.
• Returns must use the provided pre-paid return label. Any modifications to the label or alternative shipping methods will be refused.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired product.
